JOB TITLE : Sales Manager- West (Mobile Robotics)I. Hiring specificationsJob Purpose: Grow the business in the defined region in order to meet the organisation’s strategic business plan both in the near term and the long termRole Expectations:- Identifies and profiles the potential market for the company’s products and services on a continuing basis - Is able to craft solutions, under guidance, to meet business needs of the organisation - Works towards both near term and long term objectives in business growth in a planned manner - Able to influence clients at different operational levels specially to close orders - Understands the technical nature of the products and their applications - Is both systemic in approach and creative in terms of solutions- Reporting structure: Role will report into VP MR Sales- Interactions: Internal Stakeholders: Sales, Lead Generation team and Solutioning Team, Project Manager MR - External Stakeholders: Customers at CXO level, Plant heads etc.II.
