Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.

- Integrate Tableau with various data sources for seamless data flow.

- Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.

- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

- Prepare, model, and transform data for visualization.

- Troubleshoot dashboard issues and ensure data accuracy.

- Document processes and provide training to end-users.

Technical Skills :

- Tableau (Dashboard Development, Performance Optimization).

- SQL (Data Extraction, Transformation).

- Data Modeling and Preparation.

- Data Warehousing and BI Concepts.

- Data Blending and Calculated Fields.

Experience Required :

- 3+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Tableau development.

- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.

- Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into visual insights.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with other BI tools like Power BI.

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R (optional).

- Understanding of cloud platforms and data integration methods
