We're seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute online marketing strategies that drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness for our medical equipment products.- The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical technology industry and a proven track record of success in digital marketing.About the Role:- The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business Digital Marketing Strategies:- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.Manage Digital Channels:- Oversee company website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.- Ensure all digital channels are aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.Content Creation and Management:- Develop and curate high-quality content for digital channels (e.g., product information, case studies, thought leadership pieces).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management and sales) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.- Manage SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Social Media Management:- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage healthcare professionals, customers, and other stakeholders.- Monitor and respond to online comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner.Email Marketing and Lead Generation:- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.- Develop lead generation strategies to capture and qualify leads.Analytics and Reporting:- Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates).- Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing strategies.Regulatory Compliance:- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with medical industry regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines, CE Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the medical technology industry.- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.- Strong understanding of medical industry trends, regulations, and compliance.- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud).Required Skills:- Strong understanding of medical industry trends, regulations, and compliance.- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud).Preferred Skills:- Master's degree in Marketing or related field.- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).- Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
