This critical role begins as anIndividual Contributor (IC) , taking full ownership of the tech & non-tech hiring strategy and execution for ourIndia offices . The ideal candidate will not only manage the entire hiring lifecycle for India but will also possess the aptitude and experience toeventually manage recruitment for our UK officesas the role expands. This position offers a clear growth path from a high-impact IC role to amanagerial positionwhere you will build and lead a dedicated TA team.About the Role This role demands a minimum of8 years of specialist experience in Tech Recruitment . You will be directly responsible for partnering with senior leadership to scale our technical teams in India.Mandatory Experience & Skills: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Technology Recruitment. Ability tostrategize and execute the entire hiring processfrom forecasting to onboarding. Proven ability to operate effectively as anIndividual Contributor (IC)while possessing the leadership qualities to transition into a managerial role. Strong focus onIndia hiringfor immediate needs.Highly Valued Experience (Big Pluses): Prior experience inhiring Oracle Consultantsis asignificant advantage . Experience or familiarity withUK recruitment processes, labor laws, or managing UK hiringwould be abig plusfor future expansion.Key Responsibilities Lead the full-cycle recruitment processfor all technical roles, prioritizing high-volume/critical roles in India. Develop and implement innovative, data-driven recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals. Ensureseamless hiring coordinationwith teams and provide an exceptional candidate experience globally. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist job boards, networking) to identify and attract top-tier talent.
