You’ll work independently and contribute to a wide range of graphic designs.What You’ll Do:- Design social media creatives, ads, presentations, brochures, and other digital and print assets for B2B clients. - Assist in creating company profiles, pitch decks, and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. - Ensure visual consistency, proper alignment, spacing, and brand accuracy across all designs. - Work closely with the design lead to iterate quickly and efficiently with minimal rounds of rework. - Adapt your design based on internal and client feedbackMust-Haves:- 2+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or marketing environment (B2B work is a plus). - Strong attention to detail — spacing, alignment, and formatting must be second nature. - Ability to receive and implement feedback with minimal supervision. - Good time management and ability to work across multiple projects.Education Required:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. - Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.Software Knowledge Required:- Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe InDesign - Adobe XD - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Premiere ProBonus: Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other collaboration tools.Other Requirements:- A portfolio of diverse design projects.What You’ll Get:- Opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact B2B projects. - Flexible work setup (Remote). - A fast-paced, feedback-driven environment that encourages creativity and growth.
