Job Overview:

- TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives.

- They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met.

- Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses.

- They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.

- The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.

Role Objective:

Candidate will be in Quality assurance - Process Quality function for Shirwal Plant which includes:

- Process Quality

- Customer support

- NPD Responsible for Process controls and rejection analysis.

- Responsible for Handling Customer Complaints and customer Audits (PPAP, Process audits)

- Responsible for achieving targeted COPQ for Header & Sensor assembly section.

- Responsible for driving Process improvements through 6 sigma and Various tools.

- Should be having Basic Knowledge of quality tools, Assembly technics.

- Responsible for Process and product audits.

- Responsible for completing SPC , MSA and layout plans

Education and Qualification:

- BE/ B.Tech/M tech (Electrical, Mechanical)

Critical Experience:

- 7+ years of experience in automotive component manufacturing Industry in-process quality for automatic & semiautomatic assembly.

- Knowledge of Plastic Molding, Stamping , plating & Metrology will be added advantage.

- Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components, and manufacturing techniques

- Knowledge of Quality Tools , VDA 6.3 , IATF
