We are also contributing to the pace of digitization of India by working closely with traditional banks to increase ease and convenience for last-mile customers.About the role:As the Data Scientist-2, you will :• Work with stakeholders to define and own data science road map for one or more business areas and build the data science projects at Cashfree from scratch.• Deliver scalable machine learning solutions to production• Provide technical and scientific leadership to the team• Roll up your sleeves and do hands-on work when needed• Build strong working relationships and collaboration with leaders in product, business, and engineering teams• Establish and improve the best data science and engineering practices for the team• Maintain a healthy balance between delivery and applied researchProfile :• In-depth understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical underpinnings.• 3+ years of experience in applying machine learning and statistical methods to solve complex problems at scale.• Experience with big data technologiesWhat we offer:- Everyone is empowered to make decisions. - Transparency in communication keep us aware of where we are heading, and honest feedback helps everyone to grow quickly and in all directions. - You also have flexible timings and a great office space to work in. - Meal coupons and Uber Credits.
