We are currently hiring for Oracle Fusion Financial role(GM-Digital Business Transformation) for one of our esteemed client in Chennai.6 days working from Office Mode.( Alternate Saturdays are Off)Role Description :General Manager - Digital Business Transformation is primarily accountable for all business processes transformation that supports enterprise shared services covering functional areas Finance, HR, SupplyChain, Legal and General Administration. In this role, it is expected to fulfill responsibilities as a technology solutioning partner to business owners in achieving enterprise shared service functions. Responsible for End-to-end lifecycle from conceptualization to solution delivery working with partners and peers in the technology space. Detailed Job Responsibility & Accountabilities :- Significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural solutions for back office business transformation through information technology solutions powered through robotic process automation, digitally enabled central shared service processes with regional workforce distribution on a common platform. - Work as a business partner for technology enablement and workforce transformation with functional business owners.- Manage projects for on-time delivery and periodically measure adoption success ratios.- Manage ISO 27001 certification process ensuring compliance to standards and controls.- Review periodically all solutions for recurring problems through problem management framework. Ensure SLA's met to business user's satisfaction levels.- Manage all partner and vendor ecosystem ensuring adequate service delivery for all business needs of the company. - Manage team members for optimal productivity and ensure succession planning with right mix of capacity and capability across all projects.- Support functional teams on understanding design patterns and ensure best user experiences are conveyed.- Support infrastructure team on deployment and business continuity plan needs and ensure application disaster recovery management plans are well implemented.- Support business operations team for various quality audit needs such as internal and external audits not limited to Statutory Audit, NABH, JCI etc.- Possess adequate process and software experience in the functional areas of finance, HR, supply chain and legal domains.Desired Skills & Competencies :- The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of overall experience in business transformation projects- Transforming Business functional areas including Finance Shared Service Functions (covering AP, AR, Accounting, MIS & Reporting), Business Analytics, Internal Audit and External Audit compliances.- Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM Solutions functional and technical knowledge is required- Key certifications shall include but not limited to Digital Transformation & Innovation, Lean Six Sigma, Customer experience, Project Management Professional, etc. - Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in shared service business / technology operations.- Possess strong leadership skills with good communication skills.- Possess strong Analytical skills, quick troubleshooting and attention to detail abilities.- Delegation and staff management- Project administrators and solution teamJob Performance Parameters :- Quality Delivery and Design Outcomes with Timely Delivery- Solution Uptimes and Resiliency- Teamwork and collaboration- Documentation Adequacy- Long-term Decision-Making effectiveness- Proactive Capacity Management - Software ecosystem - Break-free IntegrationsBusiness Process Automation :- High Availability and Business Continuity with no single point of failure- Adequate documentation and continuous improvement- Automated Deployment methods- Automated Testing methodsManagerial and Behavioral Competencies :- Effective Communication.- Team Spirit- Long term effective decision makingTeam Building & Leadership :- Should have very good leadership and influential skills.Reporting (Functional & Administrative) : VP - Digital Business Transformation (ref:hirist.tech)
