Design and implement strategic roadmaps to adopt cutting-edge technologies and deliver scalable, secure solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating advancements into the technology stack.Requirements Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are: Extensive Leadership Experience: Over 15 years of experience in software engineering and delivery management, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles such as Director and Associate Director. Domain Expertise: Deep expertise in P&C insurance systems, with experience designing and delivering business-critical solutions. Cloud and Application Engineering: Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS), microservices, and DevSecOps practices to enable scalable and secure applications. Proven Innovator: Demonstrated success in building accelerators, tools, and strategies to drive productivity and enhance time-to-market. Stakeholder and Client Management: Strong experience in engaging with stakeholders, managing client relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions that align with business objectives. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Skilled in building and managing high-performing teams across remote locations, with a focus on talent development and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Delivery Excellence: Expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards. Operational Efficiency: Strong focus on process improvement, continuous delivery, and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve organizational goals.
