SAP BRIM - Convergent Mediation Consultant Location : Bengaluru Type: Full-time Experience : 4-6 years Immediate joiners preferred.At Coforge we are hiring SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting mediation solutions within the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure seamless data collection, aggregation, and processing across systems.Key Responsibilities Act as asubject matter expertfor SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) in implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Design and developinterfaces and workflowsfor data mediation using SAP CM tools and methodologies. Leadintegration effortswith other SAP BRIM components such as Convergent Charging, Invoicing, FI-CA, and Subscription Order Management. Conductsystem analysisto understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop and maintaintechnical specifications , architecture documentation, and test plans. Providetechnical support and troubleshootingfor mediation-related issues. Facilitateworkshops and training sessionsfor internal teams and end-users. Ensurecompliancewith industry standards and regulatory frameworks.Required Skills & Experience- 4 to 6 years 1+ yearsof hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Mediation. 3+ yearsof SAP BRIM experience, including at least2 full lifecycle implementations . Strong proficiency inSAP ABAP , JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages. Experience withSaaS models , scalable systems, and high-volume data processing. Familiarity withSAP S/4HANA , Subscription Billing, and CRM SOM modules. Excellentproblem-solvingandcommunicationskills. Ability to work acrosstime zonesand incross-functional teams .Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience withdata migrationbetween systems like Hyperion and SAP SAC. Knowledge offinancial planning and analyticsbest practices. Technical certifications in SAP BRIM or related areas.
