Position Overview: The Cloud Architecture Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizingcloud-based architecturesthat align with business goals and technical requirements. This role involvesadvising clientson cloud strategies,migrating workloads , and ensuring that cloud environments aresecure, scalable, and cost-efficientacross leading cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and implementcloud architecture solutionstailored to client requirements. Evaluate and recommendcloud strategies, frameworks, and best practices . Leadcloud migration projects— including assessment, planning, and execution. Work with multiple cloud providers such asAWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . Define and documentarchitecture diagrams, reference models, and deployment blueprints . Ensuresecurity, compliance, and governancestandards are met in all solutions. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions. Optimizecosts, performance, and availabilityof cloud environments. Conductarchitecture reviewsand providetechnical guidanceduring project lifecycles. Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and suggest adoption where beneficial. Providetraining and mentorshipto internal teams or clients on cloud technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Deep understanding ofAWS, Azure, or GCPservices, including compute, storage, networking, and security. Experience designingscalable, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud architectures . Proficiency withInfrastructure as Code (IaC)tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. Strong knowledge ofDevOps concepts ,CI/CD pipelines , andcontainerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Familiarity withcloud cost optimization ,security frameworks , andidentity management . Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills. Ability to translatebusiness requirements into technical solutions . Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications such as: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Google Professional Cloud Architect Experience withmulti-cloudorhybrid cloud environments . Understanding ofserverless computing ,microservices , andevent-driven architectures . Familiarity withenterprise cloud migration toolsanddisaster recovery planning . Prior experience inclient consulting, pre-sales , ortechnical architecture leadership .
