Robotic Process Automation Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a RPA Manager with proven expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions. The ideal candidate should hold a UiPath Advanced Developer certification (UiARD) and bring hands-on experience in building scalable and efficient RPA solutions. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio and manage deployments through UiPath Orchestrator. ● Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions. ● Perform unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT). ● Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. ● Document automation solutions, test cases, and maintain proper version control. ● Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation processes. ● Support and maintain bots in production environments. ● Explore opportunities for process improvement and identify automation feasibility.Required Skills & Qualifications: ● UiPath Advanced Developer certification (UiARD) – Mandatory. ● 8-12 years of experience in developing automation solutions using UiPath. ● Strong knowledge of UiPath components – Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Activities, and Libraries. ● Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is an added advantage. ● Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, VB.NET, or Python). ● Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.
