BMR Legal Advocates is a boutique law firm founded in 2010 specializing in the areas of Corporate International Tax Transfer Pricing GST Customs & Trade with expertise in litigation services controversy management strategic transaction advisory and policy.

Job summary
The Managing/ Principal Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements which will be related to Indirect tax GST customs excise etc.

Role & responsibilities
  1. Assist in drafting clients responses in the Indirect tax advisory matters (GST Customs Excise VAT etc)
  2. To support in Advisory and litigation work in Indirect taxes and any other matter that the Firm requires.
  3. Assisting in research and helping with drafting research papers thought leaderships articles etc
  4. Litigation matters relating to the above in terms of preparing paper books submissions assistance in briefing etc
  5. To support our firm s clients both internal and external.
  6. Interaction with Partners and briefing Partners on the clients requirement.



Requirements
  1. 10 years of experience Indirect tax in reputed law firm or professional services firm.
  2. Analytical Research skills along with good communication
  3. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  4. Chartered Accountant/ LLB
