Job Description :
ServiceNow Lead Developer with minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB/ITOM development/implementation. He/she should have done at least 3 different implementations/projects in required :
- ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Event integrations.
- Ability to design & implement technical solutions from scratch.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take-up big problem statement and perform implementation in ServiceNow.
- Should be able to Configure/Customize the ServiceNow system, including creating/Customizing workflows,
- Client-side Scripts, Server-side scripts, Business Rules, UI Policy etc.
- Accountable for regular code reviews, ensuring accurate coding, conformance to standards, including security, reliability, and scalability.
- Must have integration experience (ServiceNow to HCM/OIM/AIM) and also exposer to ServiceNow APIs for integration
- Recognize improvement opportunities and deliver them with automation.
- Develop and support the integration of 3rd party systems with ServiceNow (SOAP and REST) with the ability to load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
Qualifications :
Bachelor or Masters of Computer Science with minimum 8 years of total experience and 6 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
