About the Role

We're looking for a fresh creative mind—someone just out of design school or in the early stages of their career—who is ready to roll up their sleeves and create designs that make an impact. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, working on products, event branding, and social media design within the sports events space. You'll see your work go from concept to real-world execution—whether it's on a runner's bib, a race-day banner, or a trending Instagram post.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Branding & Print – Design race-day visuals like banners, bibs, maps, and signage, ensuring print-ready accuracy and visual appeal.
  • Social Media Graphics – Create engaging posts, carousels, and stories for campaigns, keeping them brand-consistent and audience-focused.
  • Product & Merchandise Design – Develop event merchandise such as t-shirts, medals, and caps. Create mockups, prepare tech packs, and ensure designs meet production specifications.
  • Creative Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and events teams to brainstorm, execute, and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms and products.

What We're Looking For

  • Design school graduate or 0–1 year of experience in graphic or product design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (basic motion graphics is a plus).
  • Understanding of tech packs and the technical aspects of product design.
  • Knowledge of print layouts and production processes.
  • Interest in sports, fitness, or live events.
  • Eagerness to work on projects from concept to completion.
