Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ideate new ways to increase the number of transactions from RuPay products through Ecommerce sites and POS.

- Work with the relevant teams to gather information from ecosystem to enable new feature / services for RuPay card transactions.

- Should be able to manage the product P & L. Should have through understanding of the fee structure in the payments ecosystem.

- Should be able to manage product viability, pricing and GTM plan

- Work with the technology partners / teams to establish new APIs to solve for real problems.

- Assist in building the interface with payment gateways and payment aggregators to understand the technical requirements and enable E-Com acceptance; and in the interface with POS manufacturers and service providers for the same for POS acceptance

- Should be able to design product flows by integrating various ecosystem players.

- Work on customer journey, evolve new form factor of authentication, and enhance customer experience for digital payments.

- Work on card tokenization flows to secure card transactions.

- To have Understanding on EMV 3DS authentication flow and explore opportunities to further seamless transaction journey.

- Execute e-commerce and POS related projects at the Scheme level as well as the key business projects; adhere to the delivery deadlines of the projects

- Coordinate with the Banks for e-commerce and POS transaction increase, activation of cards, transaction analysis; provide value proposition to them to enable E-Com and POS acceptance.

- Manage relationship activities for RuPay in Ecommerce websites and POS with the assistance of the Business Development team.
