Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Application Architect with expertise in Big Data and Hadoop ecosystems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with cutting-edge technologies such as Kafka, HBase, and cloud-based platforms to design, implement, and maintain scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect cloud-based big data solutions using Hadoop, Kafka, HBase, and other related technologies.
  • Lead the development and deployment of data pipelines, real-time streaming, and data processing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate large-scale data systems with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Optimize and ensure high availability, performance, and security of data platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams in implementing best practices and ensuring data quality.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in cloud application architecture, Big Data, and Hadoop ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of Kafka, HBase, Hadoop, and other Big Data technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficient in data pipeline development, real-time data streaming, and distributed systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Certification in relevant cloud technologies.
