Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP C4C Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) development and customization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing C4C solutions that meet business requirements, enhancing customer relationship management processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and enhance SAP C4C applications to meet business requirements.
• Perform C4C configuration and integration tasks, ensuring seamless data flow between systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for all SAP C4C developments.
• Design and implement user interfaces (UI) and business objects within SAP C4C.
• Develop custom logic using SAP C4C SDK (Software Development Kit), ABSL (Advanced Business Scripting Language), and UI Designer.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development processes, and security policies.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing C4C solutions for performance and functionality.
• Support system testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP C4C technologies and best practices to deliver optimal solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP C4C development, with a strong understanding of CRM processes.
• Proficient in SAP C4C SDK, ABSL, and UI Designer.
• Hands-on experience with C4C integration, including web services, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and other middleware solutions.
• Strong experience with custom development in SAP C4C including business rules, workflows, and approval processes.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and C4C OData services.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP C4C certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration is an advantage.
• Having SCPI knowledge is plus.
