We host founders, creators, and thinkers who are redefining success with clarity and calm.We’re looking fora story-driven Video Editorwho can turnraw conversations into cinematic visual narratives . Someone who feels the rhythm of emotion and story structure as much as the beat of a timeline.Responsibilities • Edit and produce long-form podcast episodes (60–90 min) for YouTube and audio platforms. • Cut 8 – 12 shorts per week from each episode for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. • Design visually engaging titles, captions, and motion graphics aligned with the Podcast aesthetic. • Enhance audio, color grade, and balance sound levels to professional quality. • Maintain a consistent visual language across all formats. • Work with creative and social teams to craft stories that make people pause, think, and come back. • Stay updated on editing trends, styles, formats optimized for longform and shortform storytelling.Qualifications • 1 – 3 years of experience in video editing for podcasts, YouTube, or short-form content. • Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (or CapCut for reels). • Strong sense of pacing, tone, and narrative editing — knowing what to cut and what to let breathe. • Experience with sound design and basic color correction. • Ability to translate emotion into visual rhythm through cuts and music choices. • Collaborative mindset — comfortable working with producers, hosts, and strategists. • Fluency in English (required); Telugu understanding (preferred).Skills • Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve • CapCut / After Effects (Basic Motion Design) • Sound Mixing / Mastering • Color Correction / Grading • Story Editing & Narrative Structure • YouTube and Reels Formatting (Aspect Ratios & Captions) • Thumbnail / Title Brainstorming • Time Management & Multi-project HandlingPerformance Metrics • Publish 8 – 12 high-retention shorts per week. • Deliver long-form episodes and shorts within 48 hours of recording. • Build a cohesive visual identity for Zero Protocol across platforms.Why Join Us • Shape the visual voice of one of India’s most thoughtful bilingual podcasts. • Creative freedom to experiment and push boundaries. • Direct collaboration with the founder and core creative team.How to Apply Email atcareers@zeroprotocol.in with: • A short note on why this role excites you • Links to your best video editing work (YouTube / Reels / Portfolio) • Optional: a 30-sec clip or Reel that shows your storytelling style
