Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer (Web3/DeFi) with strong expertise in Solidity, Ethereum, Smart Contracts, and Web3.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based solutions in the Web3 and DeFi ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible blockchains.

- Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) using Web3.js and related technologies.

- Work on DeFi protocols such as staking, lending, yield farming, and decentralized exchanges (DEXs).

- Ensure security, gas optimization, and performance of smart contracts through rigorous testing and audits.

- Integrate blockchain solutions with front-end and back-end systems.

- Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and security teams to deliver user-friendly and secure blockchain products.

- Stay updated with the latest Web3, DeFi, and Layer-2 scaling solutions (e.g., Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism).

- Write technical documentation and contribute to architecture design decisions.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Solidity and Ethereum Smart Contract development.

- Proficiency with Web3.js / Ethers.js and blockchain interaction libraries.

- Experience in DeFi protocols and dApp development.

- Good understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, gas optimization, and cryptography.

- Familiarity with Truffle, Hardhat, Ganache, Remix or other smart contract development frameworks.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, Node.js, and backend integration is a plus.

- Knowledge of security best practices in blockchain (reentrancy, overflow/underflow, etc.).
