Description :We are seeking a highly skilled Infra Manager IT to lead our IT infrastructure initiatives. The role involves end-to-end management of IT infra, including networks, servers, cloud, endpoint security, compliance, and vendor coordination.Key Responsibilities :- Lead IT infrastructure management, security, and endpoint administration.- Develop and implement IT infra strategies, SOPs, and policies.- Ensure compliance with SEBI and regulatory IT governance.- Manage MSPs for effective service delivery.- Plan and execute patch management (ManageEngine Endpoint Central).- Coordinate & remediate VAPT findings.- Design and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and BCP plans.- Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, and licensing.- Handle servers, switches, firewalls, storage, and virtualization.- Manage cloud infra (AWS, Office 365, VMware).- Implement endpoint security (Trend Micro, SIEM, Sectona PAM, Dark Web Monitoring).- Support cybersecurity audits (ISO, SEBI, SOC 2).Required Skills & Experience : - MCA / BE (Computers).- 10 - 12 years in IT Infra management with 3+ years in managerial roles.- Expertise in storage, networks, servers, backup, DR.- Strong hands-on with firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), Cisco switches, AD, DNS/DHCP.- Cloud experience (AWS, Office 365, VMware) preferred.- Knowledge of databases, web/app servers an advantage.- Strong project management, process automation, and compliance exposure.
