Job Description :

We are looking for "Sr. Data Engineer" for one of our clients (who offers online cohort-based courses for architects, engineers and designers in the AEC industry to advance their professional growth. They serve learners from 45+ countries including India, MENA, USA, Europe, and SEA. Their courses are delivered by professionals from global firms like Autodesk, BIG, Google, UNStudio, AECOM, and graduates are placed at top-tier architecture firms, construction companies and real estate companies.)

Required Skills : SQL queries,ETL tools and frameworks,Big data technologies,Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),Data warehousing

Location : Onsite (Work from office) Gurugram, Haryana

Industry : EduTech

Function : Information Technology

Experience Required : 5 - 9 years

Working Days : 5 days/week

Salary (Lacs) : 25.00-35.00 LPA

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Apply :

Data Architecture : Design, implement, and optimize scalable and efficient data architectures and pipelines to support various data use cases.

- Data Pipeline Development : Create and maintain data pipelines that ingest, transform, and store data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, logs, and external data feeds).

Data Modeling : Develop and maintain data models, ensuring they are optimized for analytical and reporting needs. Use techniques such as dimensional modeling and data normalization.

Data Governance : Implement and enforce data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.

Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers and team members.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You :

Writing complex SQL queries

- Strong knowledge of ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, Informatica).

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is preferred.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role, with a proven track record of building and managing complex data systems.

- Experience with data warehousing tools like Snowflake , Databricks.
