Cerebry - Project Manager

- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of our software product.
- This role requires strong skills in Agile/Scrum methodologies, cross-functional team coordination, and end-to-end project ownership.
- You will act as the key link between development teams, Product Owners, and senior management to ensure that product goals are met with high quality and within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage sprint cycles, ensuring that each sprint delivers a functional and valuable subset of the product.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Product Owner.
- Ensure that sprint planning aligns with team capacity, business priorities, and leave schedules.
- Maintain transparency on sprint progress, risks, and blockers.
- Regularly update the Product Owner on progress, challenges, and potential delays.
- Raise red flags or escalations to senior management when major issues threaten project timelines or quality.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project delivery.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the product - from planning to deployment.
- Drive the team to maintain high standards of code quality and usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a product or software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of sprint tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working with Product Owners, developers, and QA teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, team leave schedules, and changing business needs effectively
