Our culture fosters collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.About the Role :We are looking for a highly skilled Atlassian Engineer with hands-on experience in architecting, integrating, and optimizing Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. This role demands a technically proficient engineer capable of developing advanced automation solutions, custom integrations, and scalable configurations that enhance productivity and process efficiency across teams.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain custom Groovy scripts, plugins, and automation workflows to extend Atlassian platform capabilities.- Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party systems and DevOps pipelines using REST APIs and webhooks.- Lead system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning initiatives for on-premise or cloud setups.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical configurations and automation solutions.- Implement CI/CD best practices and ensure seamless integration with version control and deployment tools.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.- Stay updated on Atlassian product releases, marketplace apps, and API enhancements to recommend innovative solutions.- Architect, configure, and enhance Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket environments to deliver high performance, scalability, and system reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 3-4 years of experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) in a technical or engineering capacity.- Proficiency in Groovy scripting, REST APIs, and automation frameworks.- Strong understanding of Atlassian architecture, add-on management, and API integration.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their implementation through Atlassian tools.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams.Preferred Skills :- Experience with Atlassian SDK, plugin development, or cloud migrations.- Exposure to Python, Java, or Shell scripting for advanced automation.- Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS environments.- Atlassian certifications (ACP-610, ACP-620, or ACP-120) are an added advantage.
