The ideal candidates will play a key role in client-facing activities, conducting deep-dive sessions to identify business problems and drive the allocation of business resources for technology development, consulting, and implementation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive business documents including FRD (Functional Requirements Document), BRD (Business Requirements Document), SRS (Software Requirements Specification), and Scope documents
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows, ensuring clear communication between business and development teams
  • Assist in project planning and define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client needs
  • Conduct gap analysis, system assessments, and provide recommendations for process improvements


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 2 to 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency in creating FRD, BRD, SRS, and Scope documents
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Knowledge of business process modelling, creation of flow diagram in draw.io or MS Visio , and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus
