Accurate has partnerships with foreign universities for student exchange programs and offers consultancy services for growth.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. We are looking for a dynamic and result-orientedAdmission Counsellorwho will be responsible for working on leads, engaging with prospective students and parents, and converting inquiries into successful admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to counsel students effectively about our programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to admissions. Counselling & Conversion:Guide students and parents on program selection, admission process, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities. Follow-ups:Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and convert them into admissions. Database Management:Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or Excel. ·Event Participation:Represent the institution at educational fairs, school visits, and career counseling events to generate leads. ·Target Achievement:Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.Qualifications: Education:Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Education background preferred). Experience:1-3 years in student counseling, admissions, or sales. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Persuasion Skills:Ability to engage with students/parents and convince them effectively. Tech-Savvy:Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Goal-Oriented:Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
