Roles & Responsibilities

Technical Training:

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions on OT concepts: Anaesthesia, CPR, pre/intra/post-surgery care, surgical procedures, instruments, and nursing protocols.

• Conduct examinations, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure adherence to academic timelines and structured learning modules.

Student Engagement & Mentorship (HEAL Component):

• Inspire and motivate students through seminars, group sessions, and extracurricular activities.

• Provide 1:1 counseling and guidance to students on academic, career, and personal concerns.

• Act as a coach and mentor, fostering life skills, discipline, and confidence in learners.

• Encourage continuous learning by engaging students beyond classroom teaching.

Collaboration & Contribution:

● Coordinate with internal teams (academics, operations, sales, and marketing) for program success.

● Document student progress and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

● Participate in initiatives to enhance student experience and institutional growth.

The Successful Applicant: The facilitators will be primarily responsible for disseminating life skills and motivation to the students with relevant technical knowledge.

● BSC OT / BSc. Nursing/ GNM Graduate with 1 year experience in Operation Theatre/ Nursing
