Quantiphi - Senior Conversational Bot Engineer

Key Responsibilities :- Design, build, and optimize conversational flows, intents, and entities in Dialogflow CX/ES.- Integrate Dialogflow agents with Vertex AI, LLMs, and Generative AI models via APIs.- Develop backend logic using Python, Node.js, or Java for webhooks and system integrations.- Work with REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON for seamless data exchange across systems.- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for automated deployments.- Deploy and manage applications using GCP services such as Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Firestore, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, and Service Accounts.- Monitor system performance using Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, and Error Reporting.- Build end-to-end automation workflows leveraging AI Agents, RPA tools, Google Workflows, and Cloud Composer.Required Technical Skills :- Expertise in Dialogflow CX/ES development (intents, entities, fulfillment).- Strong hands-on experience integrating LLMs and Generative AI with chatbots.- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java.- Solid understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, JSON.- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.- Strong command over GCP ecosystem and microservices deployment.- Experience with automation frameworks (AI Agents, RPA, Workflows, Cloud Composer).Preferred Qualifications :- Prior experience building enterprise-grade chatbots or automation systems.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact solutions.
