As our Associate Creative Director - Copy, you’ll be responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of copywriting across a variety of projects. You’ll craft powerful narratives that translate client visions into compelling messages that resonate with audiences. From brand campaigns to digital content, you'll shape every word to ensure it cuts through the noise.
You’ll work directly with our creative team, collaborating with designers, strategists, and clients, to produce award-winning, results-driven work. Most importantly, you’ll inspire a team of copywriters to think bigger, bolder, and brighter.
- Lead and inspire the copy team to produce high-quality, on-brand content across a range of media (digital, print, TVC, social).
- Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and clients to develop integrated creative concepts.
- Supervise and mentor junior writers, providing feedback to elevate the quality of their work.
- Ensure all copy aligns with the client’s voice, vision, and strategy while pushing creative boundaries.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with excellence.
- Play a key role in brainstorming sessions, pitching new ideas, and presenting concepts to clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the agency is delivering fresh, contemporary, and relevant creative.
- Help define brand voice and tone for our clients, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a creative copywriting role, preferably in an agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative writing skills, including conceptual work, campaign ideas, and content writing.
- Proven experience in leading creative teams and collaborating across departments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and branding.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling client relationships and presenting creative work.
