About the Role :We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in MACH architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical skills across front-end and back-end development, cloud platforms, and the eCommerce domain. This role demands a hands-on technologist with the ability to design, build, and scale modern, composable applications.. Key Responsibilities. - Design and develop scalable solutions based on MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture.- Build robust front-end applications using React.js with a focus on performance and user experience- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Leverage AWS cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and scaling.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver seamless eCommerce experiences.- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and security while working in an Agile environment.- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.Required Skills & Experience :- 12+ years of overall software development experience with proven full stack expertise.- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in MACH architecture.- Proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization).- Deep expertise in Node.js and building scalable APIs.- Strong understanding of AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, etc.).- Solid eCommerce domain knowledge with exposure to modern commerce platforms and integrations.- Experience in designing microservices-based applications.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Good to Have :- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, or serverless frameworks.- Exposure to headless commerce platforms (e.g., Commercetools, SFCC, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce) (ref:hirist.tech)
