Job Title : Senior .NET Developer

Location : Indore/Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience : 3-5 Years

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Indore/Gurugram. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET Core and modern front-end technologies, with a proven track record of mentoring team members.

This role requires a deep understanding of microservices architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality .NET Core-based applications, adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

- Design and implement Microservices architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, utilizing Angular or React frameworks.

- Develop and maintain APIs using ASP.NET Core 2.0 or higher, C#, and Web API.

- Debug and troubleshoot existing applications, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Utilize modern front-end development techniques, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Knockout, and jQuery libraries.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on Azure.

- Manage source control using SVN, TFS, GIT, or VSTS, and ensure proper version management across projects.

- Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.

- Assist team members and maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Lead Developer with a history of mentoring and guiding team members.

- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core 2.0 or higher, C#, Web API, and microservices development.

- Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

- Solid understanding of modern web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Knockout, and jQuery.

- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting web applications and ensuring optimal performance.

- Knowledge of Azure services, DevOps practices, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with version control systems like SVN, TFS, GIT, or VSTS.

- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication.

Educational Qualifications :

- B. Tech (First Class / Above 60% CGPA) in Computer Science or related field.

- MCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science with a relevant diploma.
