  • Remarketing: Build and manage retargeting campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports and dashboards on key metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other reporting tools.
  • Ad Optimization: Continuously analyze and adjust bids, keywords, ad placements, and targeting to improve performance.

  • Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, marketing technologies, and platforms.
Required Skills:
  • Hands-on Expertise in Digital Ads: Deep experience in managing large-scale PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Paid Social & Search: Strong knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, ) and paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Startup experience, with a proven track record of driving growth through digital ads.
