JOB
RESPONSIBILITY: -



·Provide
technical support for both hardware and software issues.



·Monitor
the system daily and respond immediately to security and usability concerns.



·Create
and verify backups of data.



·Respond
to and resolve IT support request.



·Administrator servers, desktop computers, printers, routers,
switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software
deployment, security updates and patches.



·Upgrade
systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue
resolution.



·Administrate
infrastructure, including firewall, database, malware protection, software and
other processes.



·Ensure
Security of Data, Network Access and Backup Systems.



·Design,
Develop, Implement and Coordinate Systems, Policies and Procedures.



·Troubleshoot
Any Kind of Hardware and Software Problems



·Update
the Systems Regularly with Antivirus, Firewall and Spyware and Protect Any Kind
of Viruses and Breakdowns In The Network.



·Maintain
Remote Monitoring Systems and Keep a Track of The Use of Resources Provide To
The Employees And The End Users.



·Sound
Knowledge of The Software and Hardware Used in the Network Systems and Well-
Acquainted with the Advanced Technologies.Ex…wireless technology p2p device.



·Server
2008 R2 & server 2016 Stander With server 2016 active directory domain
services.



·Ability
to Use The Available Resources Wisely And Establish Efficient Network Systems
& Server.



·Purchasing is an important function of materials
management. In any industry purchase means buying of equipment’s, materials,
tools, parts etc. required for industry. The importance of the purchase
function varies with nature and size of industry



KPA:- The
IT System Administrator Group maintains the company’s computer network by
planning, designing, configuring servers. They also maintain routing protocols,
network configurations, and storage environments as needed by the organization,



SKILLS
AND EXPERIENCE: -



1).
Good Knowledge of Technical Management, Information Analysis & Computer
Hardware/ Software Systems

2). Good communication skill in English to handle User end support calls.

3). Excellent Experience with Computer Networks, Network Administration and
Network Installation.

4). Firewall, Windows Domain and Group Policy, Configuration and Backups,

5). VPN Setup and Configurations

6). Excellent Experience with Terminal (RDP) server troubleshooting,
