Job Title : Senior AI/ML Engineer (7+ Years)Location : Hyderabad (Onsite/Hybrid)Experience Required : 7+ YearsAbout the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs, along with proven expertise in deploying models in production environments.Key Responsibilities :- Design and implement end-to-end ML/DL models for real-world business problems.- Develop solutions in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, business) to build scalable AI products.- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment on cloud platforms.- Integrate AI/ML pipelines with modern MLOps practices.- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and tools to bring innovation to projects.Must-Have Skills :- Strong programming expertise in Python and SQL.- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch and ML lifecycle management.- Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs (LangChain, HuggingFace, VectorDBs, RAG).- Cloud proficiency in AWS / Azure / GCP with deployment knowledge.- Containerization and orchestration using Docker / Kubernetes.- Experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions.Good-to-Have Skills :- Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.- Experience with data engineering pipelines and ETL processes.- Knowledge of model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning).- Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects.Why Join Us ?- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML projects in Generative AI and LLMs.- Collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven work environment.- Hybrid work flexibility in Hyderabad.- Competitive compensation and benefits.
