As we expand our renewable energy and power portfolio, we are looking for a strategic, high-impact professional to join our CleanTech Business division.Role Overview As Manager - Policy & Advocacy, you will be entrusted with shaping business strategy, influencing policy direction, and driving high-priority initiatives in India’s energy transition. This role reports directly to the CEO, offering exceptional visibility, ownership, and the ability to steer transformative decisions at the highest level.Key Responsibilities ·Lead deep-dive market intelligence, policy mapping, and competitive benchmarking across the clean energy ecosystem. ·Identify, evaluate, and champion new business opportunities in renewables, storage, hydrogen, and emerging technologies. ·Drive business development including client engagement, strategic proposals, partner assessments, and ecosystem collaborations. ·Build sophisticated financial models, lead feasibility studies, and support investment and board-level decision-making. ·Develop high-quality insights, reports, and CEO-ready presentations. ·Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, operations, policy, and regulatory teams to drive project execution. ·Mentor junior team members and help build internal capability within the CleanTech Business vertical.
