We are actively looking for freshers who are fluent in Hindi & English. Timings:3:30AM to 12:30PM (Australian Shifts) (Fully Remote)About the Job:Join our dynamic team at Commspace Pvt Ltd, specializing in Indian & Other Missions across the globe application facilitation for People of Indian origin anywhere in the world. As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients with queries, booking appointments, Quality Assurance and protecting customer privacy. Your role will be to find specific solutions for each client according to their needs throughout the process. Finally, this role requires you to pay attention to detail and understand and prioritize customer requirements.Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls from clients by understanding the priority and nature of the call.- Generate potential sales leads through customer interactions- Assess customers' needs and provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate methods and tools- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, offering suitable solutions and ensuring resolution- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize relevant documents- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies- Demonstrate exceptional customer engagement and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfactionRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in any field (Actively looking for freshers)- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Proficiency in English and Hindi- Strong computer skills- Effective phone handling skills and active listening abilities- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to different customer profiles- Outstanding communication and presentation skills- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilitiesRemuneration:- CTC 2.4 LPAJoin our team and make a significant impact in assisting the Indian community in Australia with their High Commission-related needs.
