Job Description :We are seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on performance, reliability, and clean design, backed by hands-on experience in building and maintaining mobile applications. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-value projects and create exceptional mobile experiences.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Android and iOS mobile applications using Flutter.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.- Take ownership of critical components throughout the full development lifecycle - design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance.- Ensure optimal app performance, usability, and scalability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.- Write unit and UI tests to ensure robustness and reliability.- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and performance.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices.- Support the entire application lifecycle from concept to release and post-launch support.Required Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter application development.- Strong programming experience in Dart (preferred) and Java.- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, software design, and problem-solving.- Hands-on experience with iOS and/or Android platforms.- Strong knowledge of Flutter development tools, frameworks, and architecture.- Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs and developing reusable components.- Good understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.- Experience in debugging mobile apps using simulators and related tooling.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.- Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.- Experience developing Flutter apps for both mobile and web platforms.- Prior experience in hybrid mobile app development cycles.- Experience in networking and third-party API integrations using Flutter.- Strong ability to understand complex user needs and translate them into practical, production-ready solutions.
