Job brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to contribute in understanding customer requirements and offer solutions. You will be responsible to maintain a sharp turnaround time for answering the initial queries.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products/services.
2. Provide detailed information about the company’s offerings to prospective clients.
3. Schedule site visits and follow up with leads to ensure engagement.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
5. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
6. Address customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies
Requirements:
1. Minimum qualification: [12th Pass/Degree]
2. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred).
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
