Description :- Lead the team in enhancing the performance of applications close to native ones by removing constraints.- Maintain codebase ensuring it is easily understandable and scalable.- Develop and implement automated tests to ensure comprehensive test coverage.- Oversee the implementation of pixel-perfect UIs that align with design specifications.- Utilize native APIs for seamless integration across all platforms.- Lead the migration of React Web Apps to React Native.- Collaborate with team members to incorporate native modules when necessary.- Drive initiatives to improve performance and enhance product usability.- Guide the team in effectively performing key roles within the Agile methodology.- Oversee bug identification and resolution processes.- Manage the release process for applications on IOS and Google Play stores.- AWS / Azure certifications in relevant areas are highly desirable.Skills and Requirements : - 5+ years of professional experience specifically with React Native.- 10+ years of overall professional software development experience.- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.- Proficiency in JavaScript with the ability to write optimized and efficient code.- Demonstrated ability to write well-documented and easily readable code in JavaScript.- Familiarity with managing third-party dependencies and resolving dependency conflicts.- Knowledge of native build tools such as Xcode, Gradle, etc.- Understanding of Offline Storage, REST APIs, and data request models.- Experience in testing methodologies and tools including Jest, Detox, Cypress, etc.- Proficient in unit testing with a focus on test-oriented separation of concerns.- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for product development and delivery.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.- Understanding of Cloud platforms and their integration with React Native applications.Education :- Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science or related field) (ref:hirist.tech)
