About the Role :

- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our growing team.

- You will play a key role in independently developing, maintaining, and optimizing our .NET applications.

- You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring the team adheres to best practices and delivers high-quality software.

Responsibilities :

- Independently design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable . NET applications using C#, MVC, and . NET Core.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and guide junior developers on secure coding practices and complex technical challenges.

- Debug and troubleshoot application and database performance issues to ensure optimal system functionality.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers to estimate tasks, define project timelines, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

- Design small, independent modules and contribute to the architecture of scalable and efficient software systems.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of interconnected modules, complex functionalities, and algorithms.

- Leverage extensive API experience to integrate and consume external data sources.

Technical Skills

- Proven experience as a .NET Developer with 4-8 years of experience.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.

- NET MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.


- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

- Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or Node.js and NoSQL databases is a plus.

Must-have skills :


- Client-side scripting (JavaScript/jQuery).

- Extensive experience working with APIs.

- Strong understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex stored procedures and T-SQL queries.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to discuss application features, requirements, and issues with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented and experienced in Agile Scrum methodology.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.

- Eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work from our office on a daily basis.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Experience with performance optimization techniques for applications and databases.
