This role is crucial for driving strategic decision-making and optimizing supply chain performance. The analyst must have a strong command of data visualization and analysis tools and a proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects that directly influence senior stakeholders and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities :Strategic Analysis and Project Leadership :- Lead cross-functional projects from inception through completion, ensuring deliverables drive measurable business impact on operational efficiency and cost structure.- Apply a deep understanding of supply chain concepts, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and cost levers to identify system bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.- Utilize problem-solving frameworks such as Six Sigma or Lean principles to structure analysis and drive process improvement initiatives.Data Analysis and Visualization :- Maintain a strong command over Excel/GSheets for complex data manipulation and ad-hoc analysis.- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using data visualisation platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders.- Apply statistical analysis techniques to large datasets to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and validate strategic hypotheses.Communication and Stakeholder Management :- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders regarding strategic findings and recommendations.- Maintain a proactive mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and clarity in execution, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver promised value.Qualifications :- Experience : Mandatory 1 to 4 years of experience in business analysis, operations strategy, or supply chain analytics.- Data Proficiency : Strong command over Excel/GSheets and demonstrable expertise with at least one data visualisation platform (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).- Domain Knowledge : Deep functional understanding of supply chain concepts, KPIs, and cost levers.- Methodology : Familiarity with statistical analysis concepts and formal problem-solving frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean).Preferred Skills :- Coding & Modeling : Hands-on experience with R, Python, or SQL for advanced data analysis, transformation, and statistical modeling.- Simulation : Exposure to simulation and supply chain design tools (e.g., AnyLogic).- Environment : Experience operating in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
