Expertise in the Banking & Finance Practice:• Financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending • Project finance and infrastructure financing • Working capital and term loan facilities • Securitisation and structured finance • Debt capital markets, including bond/debenture issuances • Acquisition finance and leveraged finance • Distressed debt and debt restructuring • Advisory on financing structures and emerging financial productsCandidate Profile:• Strong transactional experience in banking and finance matters • Solid drafting, analytical and negotiation skills • Ability to work on multiple transactions in a dynamic environmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
