Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Lead to join our team. As a ServiceNow Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop ServiceNow applications. You will also be responsible for leading a team of developers and administrators, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration and development, with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a strong customer-oriented :

  • Lead a team of developers and administrators in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize business processes within the ServiceNow platform
  • Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and reliability
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities and recommend best practices to the team
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow administration and development, with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Experience leading a team of developers and administrators
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
