Role Overview

The Senior Manager of Finance Operations & Revenue Assurance will play a pivotal role in developing and refining comprehensive revenue assurance control points. You will conduct extensive R&D, proactively identifying new areas of potential leakage, and collaborating closely with global CFOs and their teams to continuously enhance our control points database and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue assurance controls aimed at detecting and preventing revenue leakage across subscription lifecycles.
  2. Collaborate directly with global CFOs and senior finance teams to understand specific challenges, gather requirements, and conduct in-depth research to uncover new leakage points.
  3. Conduct extensive data-driven analysis and research (R&D) to identify industry-specific and general control points for revenue assurance.
  4. Regularly update, document, and maintain a robust database of revenue assurance control points, ensuring applicability and effectiveness across diverse subscription models.
  5. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate control point research into actionable product enhancements.
  6. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for client teams, showcasing best practices in revenue leakage detection and prevention.
  7. Provide insights, strategic advice, and consultation to clients on establishing robust revenue assurance frameworks.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance operations, revenue assurance, or related roles, ideally within subscription-based businesses or SaaS companies.
  3. Proven expertise in developing, implementing, and managing revenue assurance.
  4. Strong analytical and R&D skills with experience in identifying and mitigating revenue leakage.
  5. Experience engaging with CFO-level stakeholders and senior finance executives globally.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts.
  7. Familiarity with modern revenue assurance tools, AI-driven analytics platforms, and subscription management systems is strongly preferred.
  8. Proactive, innovative thinker with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
