Qualification Required :- 5+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM (Cloud and/or EBS)- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud- Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud- Subject Matter Expert (SME) for modules such as Core HR, Time and Labor, Absence Management and Payroll- In-depth knowledge on the various configuration/setup aspects required for meeting customer-specific needs- Familiarity with workflows, roles, and approvals in HCM- Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas.- Lead and conduct various workshops with customer Requirements Gathering, CRP, UAT- Manage and mentor junior Functional Consultants / Analysts- Understanding of Testing / QA Lifecycle and Test case design (positive, negative, regression, smoke)- Managing test execution in non-prod (TEST/STAGE) environments.Nice to Have :- Familiarity with OpKey Web, OpKey Surge, or OpKey Agent.- Experience with OpKey Smart Recorder for capturing user actions.- Use of test sets and execution suites in OpKey.- Ability to create test cases using OpKey keywords (reusable components).- Knowledge of OpKeys scriptless automation approach (drag-drop interface).- Data-driven testing with Test Data Management in OpKey.- Optionally, understanding of JavaScript or Groovy for custom logic if required.
