As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead our mission to accelerate customer purchase decisions and transform e-commerce conversion rates.


KRAs

Product Vision & Roadmap:

  • Drive product strategy for our LLM-powered shopping assistant
  • Define and optimize conversational AI flows for maximum customer engagement
  • Transform e-commerce behavior data into actionable product requirements
  • Establish prompting strategies and conversational frameworks
  • Create feedback loops for continuous AI model improvement
  • Develop features that reduce cart abandonment and increase AOV (Average Order Value)

Execution Excellence:

  • Lead implementation of AI-driven personalization features
  • Optimize LLM response accuracy and relevance
  • Drive integration with various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Ensure real-time processing of customer intent and buying signals
  • Maintain prompt engineering standards and guidelines
  • Balance ML model performance with business constraints


Metrics & Performance

Own key AI performance metrics:

  • LLM response accuracy and relevance
  • Conversion rate impact across product categories
  • Customer interaction completion rates
  • Average resolution time for customer queries
  • Shopping cart recovery rates
  • Cross-selling and upselling effectiveness
  • Monitor and optimize ML model performance
  • Track e-commerce-specific KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, AOV)

Market Leadership:

  • Stay ahead of developments in generative AI and LLMs
  • Define innovative use cases for AI in e-commerce
  • Benchmark against competing AI shopping assistants
  • Pioneer new approaches to conversational commerce
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered shopping experiences
  • Establish thought leadership in AI-driven retail


Interview process

Like our work we have a fast paced interview process, we typically have three interview rounds

  • Round 1 Introduction and Data Analysis + RCA : We will walk through your past projects and resume. We will pick interesting problem statements which you have worked on, go in depth and understand why you have done what you have done. We will also understand how well you understand and are versed with data.
  • Round 2 Product thinking : Assess your approach to product processes, including how you align product decisions with business goals. We’ll examine your methods for addressing user needs and achieving strategic objectives..
  • Round 3 Strategic & Business Acumen : Evaluate your strategic thinking, market understanding. We’ll look at your understanding of the market and how you use this knowledge to shape product decisions.


Interview best practices

  • In some interviews you would be required to write your thoughts on google docs / make some flow charts. Have a notebook / pen also handy in case you need to jot down your thoughts.
  • Please make sure that you are in an environment that allows you to turn your camera on and make the interview more interactive.
