This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our expansion and make a significant impact on our success. Under BGT flagship is our brand NATAPURE offering healthy snack choices: WWW.NATAPURE.COMJob Description: The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for our Nutritional Food & Snacks products in the Noida/Gurgaon region. This role involves managing both General Trade and Modern Trade channels, building strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.Responsibilities: Primary & Secondary target achievement for the defined area Monthly sales planning & forecasting, considering retail sales Build multiple channel management from initial stage at multiple locations Effective cost management Aligning with Annual Operating Plan Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants Close engagement & working with distributors & customers to drive salesQualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration from a reputable institution, with a specialization in Sales & Marketing. 4-7 years of experience in sales with mid-size/large companies in the FMCG sector, preferably with experience in Dry Fruits & Nuts or Food Snacking. Proven track record of success in both General Trade and Modern Trade. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to business development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
