Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.

- Implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and design solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure and administer ServiceNow instances, including user access, roles, permissions, and data management.

- Develop ServiceNow APIs, web services, and integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.

- Design and implement ServiceNow Service Portal solutions for self-service and end-user interaction.

- Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, system configurations, and user guides.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support ongoing platform initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

- Mentor junior ServiceNow developers and provide technical guidance as Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5-20 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role.

- Extensive experience in ServiceNow development, including configuration, customization, and administration.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as Glide, Jelly, and AngularJS.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities and experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems.

- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development is a plus.

- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), etc are preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Adaptability to changing business needs and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
