That's the future we're building at CARS24. Our mission is to ensure car ownership is stress-free. We want our customers to focus on the open road, not roadside worries. We're building a one-stop shop - a Super App for all their car needs, powered by technology, data science, and deep customer insights,We are already one of the largest Autotech companies in the world, but we are not stopping here. We aim to grow 10x in the next five years.
What will you drive?
As a Brand Designer at CARS24, you'll dive into a fast-paced world, tackling diverse challenges in automotive branding.
Collaborating closely with experts in design and marketing, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's vision. From adapting to market trends to finding innovative solutions, each day promises new opportunities for creative growth and collaboration.
Stunning, Head-Turning Visuals: Drive the creation of stunning, head-turning visuals that make our competitors look like they're stuck in traffic.
Leveraging New Age Tools: Harness the horsepower of new age tools (e.g. GenAI) to increase productivity and keep our brand ahead of the curve—think of it as adding nitro-boost to our creative engine.
Visual Journey Planning: Plan the exciting roadmap for our brand's visual journey across multiple channels—whether it’s cruising on the app, speeding on the web, or making pit stops on social media.
Mentoring and Skill Development: Mentor and supercharge our team of 20 rider’s skills, ensuring everyone's engine is running smoothly and ready for the long haul.
Design Innovation and Experimentation: Constantly explore new design techniques and trends to keep our brand's visuals fresh and innovative.
Brand Consistency Enforcement: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication materials, maintaining a cohesive and strong brand presence.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who's not just kicking the tires, but holds a degree from the NIFT or similar institutes is a big plus, but not a deal breaker.
We value talent who can design at full throttle and help us succeed regardless of where they learned the ropes.
A seasoned driver with at least 6 years of experience professional experience, ideally zooming out of a creative agency.
A strategic whiz with advanced skills in modern design tools and technologies, with a special knack for integrating AI into your toolkit—like having an advanced driver-assistance system for creativity.
A creative soul who is comfortable in the driver’s seat of a team, able to navigate through tight deadlines and sharp turns in projects.
A communicator extraordinaire who can rally the troops and collaborate seamlessly across departments.
A sharp eye for design that’s as aerodynamic as it is appealing, ensuring our brand always looks sleek and fast, never draggy.
