We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Express to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building responsive front-end interfaces, developing robust backend services, and ensuring seamless integration across the stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work on developing our SaaS product with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate product vision into functional, impactful solutions.

- Drive engineering-led initiatives that align with product and business goals.

- Lead and contribute to engineering projects that improve platform capabilities and overall performance.

- Proactively identify and act on opportunities for technical and process improvements.

- Design, build, and maintain a microservices architecture to ensure modularity and platform flexibility.

- Collaborate with designers, architects, and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.

- Deliver high-quality solutions through cross-functional teamwork and problem-solving.

- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of architecture, design decisions, and best practices.

- Promote and uphold coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Skill set :

- An Engineering degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline

- 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer, preferably a SaaS platform

- At least 2+ years in a relevant position

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript

- React, NodeJS, Express experience required (NestJS and Material Tailwind is nice to have)

- Familiarity with MongoDB and PostgreSQL

- Incline toward Unit, API and E2E tests

- Experience working on complex larger codebases

- Experience optimizing queries, backend code

- Experience with cloud services is a plus (ideally AWS).

- Experience with containerization, CI/CD is a plus (ideally Docker, K8S, Jenkins)

- Strong learning agility and product focused mindset

- A sense of responsibility and ownership towards what you build
